By accessing or using Vireza ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the individual developer operating Vireza ("we", "us", or "our").
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
Vireza is a cloud-based, multi-tenant accounting platform providing invoicing, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, expense tracking, and team collaboration tools for businesses. The Service is accessed via web browser at the Vireza application URL and is designed for use by business owners, accountants, bookkeepers, and their teams.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
Each organisation on Vireza is an isolated tenant. You are the owner of your organisation's data and are responsible for managing access for your team members.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Paid subscriptions are processed by PayFast, our authorised Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you enter into a payment agreement with PayFast, who handles billing, payment processing, tax collection, and refunds on our behalf. PayFast's terms and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions.
Subscription plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Current pricing: Starter R 199/mo (R 1 990/yr), Professional R 499/mo (R 4 990/yr), Enterprise R 1 299/mo (R 12 990/yr). Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Applicable taxes (including VAT) are collected by PayFast based on your billing location.
You retain ownership of all financial data, documents, and records you upload or create in Vireza. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
All software, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property relating to Vireza are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your account. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months on a free tier.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of financial data entered into the Service and for compliance with your applicable tax and accounting obligations. We are not a registered accounting, tax, or legal firm, and nothing in the Service constitutes professional financial advice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa. If you are located outside South Africa, additional consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may also apply.
